The primary life on this planet are the Modrones.
They appear to be staging an invasion somewhere from what Keth and Honor witnessed while inside of Talathgard. They saw them taking books from a library inside and brining them through a planar portal to Mechanus.
When looking inside they were stopped by a Secundi, an incredibly powerful mage who warned them not to interfere with The One.
